While other technologies are growing (such as chemiluminescence’s or magnetic particles), ELISA is still the most preferred method from those laboratories who pay attention to money and are enlarging their turnaround. Moreover, particular and rarely used test are not still available with other technologies and is a big chance to find them.
Our facilities are provided with technologies for the purification of antibodies, production of HRP conjugates, synthesis of synthetic peptides and for macromolecules coating (proteins, peptides, antibodies, polysaccharides, etc...) on micro plates.
ELISA kits are provided with all the material necessary to carry on analysis (e.g. controls, calibrators, cut-off), and package are studied in order to provide a small number of test (e.g. 48 tests) for those analytes that are not routinely tested.
