AMS Acquires the Clinical Chemistry Assets of Minias Globe
Rome, Italy (April 6th, 2011) - AMS-Analyzer Medical System, a developer, manufacturer and marketer of automated chemistry instrumentation systems for the medical and environmental markets announces the asset acquisition of Minias Globe Diagnostics ('Globe'), a Milano based manufacturer and distributor of in-vitro diagnostic tests. The object of the transfer has been the assets of Globe's clinical chemistry, turbidimetry and ELISA businesses.
